Looking for young professional in Chapel Allerton

We’re looking for a young professional to take our spare ensuite room. The room is available now, and the current housemates are going to renew the contract from July. We have lived here for the last 2 years and are really happy with the house and location.

The house is a spacious 4 bed, with a dining room, shared living room, kitchen, small garden and a large spacious useable basement.

The available bedroom is on the top floor and is the only ensuite room in the house, including toilet, sink, and shower. There is a bathroom on the middle floor for the other 3 rooms to share.

The room is large and bright with a double bed and wardrobe space that is set back into the wall so doesn't take up any floor space in the room. There is space in the room for a desk, but additionally, the large dining room is ideal for anyone who would need to work from home.

The house is in an ideal location, one road behind Chapel Allerton high street. It's a 2 minute walk from Aldi, Co-op, and a number of lovely bars (such as The Woods) and restaurants (such as Rudy's Pizza). Buses run to the centre of Leeds in 20 minutes, with the bus stop also a 2 minute walk from the house. Chapel Allerton is 10 minutes from neighbouring town Meanwood, which is home to a load more lovely bars and restaurants.

Current housemates: 1 female (aged 26) and 3 males (aged 28 and 29). All are sociable people who enjoy going to the pub together, but also enjoy their own space and have their own friends. All housemates are clean, tidy and respectful.

The landlord is also very helpful and attentive. The existing housemates would like to meet with the prospective housemate before going ahead.

The property is Council tax band C.
