Friendly home in Chapel Allerton...

I have two double rooms available in my four bed home in (very) central Chapel Allerton, for a short-term basis. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with good on-street parking, immediate access to local shops, bars, restaurants and public transport ie to city centre, Headingley, and Harrogate.

As well as myself, 40, there is another male housemate, 29, who has been here 6 months. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room (with sofabed), and large storage area in cellar, with tumble dryer. Also a small backyard. The rooms available are on the second floor and share a bathroom. Rooms fully furnished with bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe. Larger room also has desk.

Rent is £455/£445 and is ALL inclusive, covering not just rent, tv licence, broadband internet, council tax, Sky TV, gas, electric, and water, but ALSO most shared household basics such as cleaning products, bin bags, toilet roll, lightbulbs etc, and a house cleaner. All of these extras really add up!

The atmosphere of the house is chilled out and homely, and I'm looking for tenants who appreciate and respect that they're living with other people.

Am selling the house so max duration until end of Jan 2018. Am open to looking at short-term lets, so if you just need a stop-gap - get in touch!
