We have a double room to let from mid September in a spacious, 4 bed shared house in Burley, Leeds, shared with 3 sociable professionals who enjoy music, festivals, beers, and much more, we are looking for a fourth housemate to enjoy all of the above with us.

The house comes with a good sized living room, with open fire which is great in the winter, big TV with Sky, and stereo with CD and vinyl record player.

There is also a large kitchen with big dining table, Fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and gas cooker. There is a small, easy to maintain garden at the back and a good sized basement downstairs which is ideal for storage.

The room we have to let is on the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms on each floor of the house, and a bathroom on the first floor.

The house is situated on Stanmore Road in Burley, which is a great location, within walking distance of both universities, 10 minutes walk from Headingley, Cardigan Road Co-op and the Vue Cinema complex on Kirkstall Road, and close to great transport links into Leeds, with Burley Park station a 10 minute walk away, and regular buses from Burley Road. There is also plenty of on-street parking outside.

Rent is 282 per month plus bills, there is a £275 deposit, and the house is let through Pickering's in Headingley.
