Great house share with a cleaner included!!

Hello!

1 double room will be available from September in our great 4 person house share.

The room has a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a desk with additional storage under the bed. The pictures are not great but I can send more upon request.

The house has a living area, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also ample street parking, although there is no through-traffic on our road so as far as street parking goes, its very safe. This also means the house is very peaceful as there are no drunken passers-by or loud engines to disturb us!

The house has great furnishing and makes for a really pleasant living environment. The kitchen is quite small but is fully equipped with convection hobs (which are amazing!), pots, pans and everything else you need to get started. The current housemates are well house-trained so the size doesn't become an issue! Prospective housemates will also need to be good at cleaning after themselves (particularly with regards to the kitchen) to keep our house as the nice living environment that it is.

The house located conveniently near to Headingley (5 min walk from stadium), Burley train station (5 min walk) and many amenities including Asda, Aldi, cinema, bowling, and plenty of restaurants. Headingly is a 10 minute walk away which is ideal for a few drinks.

2 lads (aged 26-28) and one girl (aged 24) currently live in the house. We are easy to get on with and enjoy nights in and out, as well as being social. We do all work full time, however, so we respect one another's spaces and routines.

The rent includes water, internet, TV license, council tax, a cleaner and Netflix!. There is just the gas and electric that is shared equally between the house mates (around £20 per person per month).
