We have a nicely decorated double room available for rent in our four-bedroom house in Headingly/Burley for one month. The rent is £330 per month, which includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV license, wireless broadband, and gardener).

The room itself is very spacious and homely, it is also fully decorated, I know you won't be disappointed if you see it. There is a communal bathroom fitted with shower and bath and a lovely joint living room/kitchen with everything you'd expect.

Situated in a vibrant part of Headingley you will have plenty to do in your spare time. The house itself is located in close vicinity to Burley Park train station, local amenity stores including a Co-op one minute away, local bus routes, several gyms, Kirkstall Road complex and only a five minute stroll from Headingley centre.

The tenants you will move in are all friendly out-going guys ranging between mid to late twenties, all with jobs. They respect other people's privacy yet are really sociable.
