Hi, we are two young professionals that are staying on in Leeds after completing Uni. (Arya and Joe)

The house has a large kitchen, a Garden, 1 Large downstairs bedroom , 3 upstairs bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom.

The house is next to the Cardigan Road CO-OP and next to Burley Park Station but not to close to either that you get noise pollution.

The rent is 120 per week, all bills INCLUDED! Once council tax is included the rent comes out to 550 per month.

As housemates we are clean and friendly. Like to go out but not so much that it would get in your way. We are sociable and like to have fun but similarly if you are the type of person that likes to keep to themselves that will also be respected.
