Double room available in our house in LS13. 10 ins walk to the train station, one stop from Leeds, 5 mins walk to the Bus stop, available every 10 mins to Leeds and Bradford. Morrisons is a 10 min walk, Aldi 5 mins and Tesco 10 mins.

The room compromises of a Bed, Wardrobe and under bed storage.
The house has a Kitchen, Lounge/Dining room, Entrance way, box room and Bathroom along with the 2 double bedrooms - one of which my Boyfriend and I occupy.
Outside their is a driveway, front garden and back garden with decking, BBQ and hammock - some developments are being currently done including a pizza oven and a new seating area!
The rent includes Wifi, Sky (inc Premier Sports), Council Tax, Electricity, Gas and Water.

James and I work hard and in a few evenings during the week. We both regularly play sport and enjoy being out and about. We usually dine out at weekends and take our dog out for long walks.
Our Dog is a big soft Doberman with a big bark!
The room is available ASAP to either a single person or a couple (we have had both before)
