My appartment is situated on the high street in Boston Spa and is on the doorstep to bars, restaurants and cafes- local shops and boutiques. Boston Spa is in the middle of 3 major cities Leeds, York and Harrogate and it is a 20 minute car/ bus journey to all 3 - There is a bus stop just outside the appartment.

If you are looking for just the room -
The bedroom is large and is suitable for 1 person . It has a king size bed/ built in wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers, including a large mirror. All other ammeneties (tv/ internet/ kitchen appliances etc) are at your disposal- please feel free to use at your leisure.
You would be sharing the apartment with one other tenant- Tim who is an accountant , clean and tidy - He works full time and would only be in the apartment for evenings.
The room or flat is available to rent at any time.
