The spaces (room, shower / toilet / kitchen) are NOT shared -you would be the sole occupant. The only shared space is the hallway and the laundry room with washing machine. These are shared with the tenant in the attic flat and myself (I live on the ground floor).
It is a really friendly and bright house. It also is very quiet - if you like noisy parties and gatherings, this house may not be suitable for you.
There is no driveway, but cars can park free and safely opposite or behind the house, or in the side streets.
There is good public transport (very good bus connection to the city center) as well as shops, pubs, takeaways and Armley center close by.
