This period property is in a great location in S11 - 2 minutes walk from Hunters Bar/Ecclesall/Sharrow Vale Road where there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars/pubs - and within walking distance from + good transport links to the city centre, the universities and hospitals. We are just down the road from the Botanical Gardens, and up the road from Endcliffe Park.

The house is well-furnished and a relaxing, spacious place to live. There is a cosy living room with a wood burner, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a separate dining room downstairs. There are two double bedrooms on the second floor and a large en-suite bedroom in the attic. The house has a small back garden.

The room for rent is at the back of the house, quiet, light and fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a double bed. Recently decorated. There will be the option of moving into the bigger front bedroom when I move out in the next couple of months.
