Furnished double bedroom in fully furnished terrace house in Penarth. Full use of kitchen. Freeview tv in bedroom and broadband.
Close to train and bus links for Cardiff city centre, 10 minute drive to Cardiff city, Cardiff bay is approximately a 30 minute walk via the barrage. Friendly household. Roadside parking. Penarth has plenty of good pubs and restaurants. Current housemates both professional working people who are out and about a great deal of the time but very friendly. This would suit people working away from home at Dow Corning etc on a temporary contract on a Monday to Friday basis but can be flexible. Sorry I don’t offer washing machine facilities but I will be responsible for the washing of the bedding,
