Unfurnished attic room available for rent in a large end town house in a semi-rural location which has excellent transport links for both rail and road commuters. Situated 6 miles from Tadcaster, the village is equidistant from both Leeds and York (18 miles). It has a train station with regular, direct services to many of the regions cities. In addition, the A1, M1, M62 and A64 are all within 10 miles.

The house has a large family sized bathroom (shared) with a sunken bath in addition to a walk in shower cubicle. The kitchen/diner has a range of appliances including: a fitted oven, five ring gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. The living room has a TV, DVD player, CD player and a comfy sofa.

The house is located in a safe, quite neighbourhood and there is off street parking available. It is situated on a large corner plot with lawned gardens to the side and rear in addition to an area of decking and a washing line.

I am a live-in-landlady but work long hours and consequently I am not in the house for extended periods during the week, including evenings. However, I would be in and around the house during weekends and school holidays.
