Double room available in 4 bed flat in Bruntsfield from 1st July
- Big room furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, gets lots of natural light in the afternoon, and window has recently been draught proofed!
- Rent £690/month ( will go to £717.60 from 1st August) + bills (usually max £50) and council tax (£53/month)
- You would be staying with 3 lovely housemates, 2 guys and 1 girl in their mid-20s. They are all FY1s (soon to be FY2s) so have a mix of shifts each week . Great chefs and very laid back, only moving out to live with my partner but love them so much. They are a great balance of being sociable and allowing everyone their alone time!
- Deposit would be £650.
- Looking for another young professional/someone who can pay council tax.
