Box room and double room available in Newbury Park in a convenient area, in a friendly family house. Only a few minutes walk to Newbury Park station, served by Central Line.

Both the rooms are fully furnished with:
- box room - single bed, wardrobe, night table, lamp, desk, chair, mirror.
- double room - double bed, large wardrobe, night table, lamp, desk, chair, mirrors.
We can remove or add furniture and decorations based on your need and taste.

You have full access to a well-equipped kitchen.

Preference for female tenants with Indian or Sri Lankan background. The tenant should be fine with dogs, as we have a friendly German Shepard.

Price per week:
- for the box room: £125 pw or 500 pm
- for the double room: £170 pw or 700 pm
All bills and Wi-Fi included.
