Spacious double room in friendly flatshare

We have a large, furnished double bedroom available in our 3 bed 1.5 bath flatshare in Finsbury Park.

The room is really spacious with big windows and is located on the top floor of the flat. The room is furnished with a bed, a side table, and 2 wardrobes.

The flat is over 3 floors and has a large kitchen, washing machine, space for a bike, large living room with tv, and a lovely back garden.

The flat is fantastically located steps from Finsbury Park and minutes from the Parkland Walk - so much green space! Only 10mins to the high street (tesco, etc) and less than 15 mins to Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly line, Victoria line, national rail).

Current flatmates are 2 young professionals - one is a journalist who likes scary movies and rosé, and the other is a masters student
who likes football and puzzles. They are friends who are both social and like being out and about in London, but equally love chilling out at the flat to cook, watch tv, and unwind.

Looking for someone who is open to being friends with their flatmates but is also fine doing their own thing. Cleanliness and overall considerateness is very important to us. We’d love to hear a bit about you before we set up a viewing! Thanks in advance!
