2 bedroom flat near Glasgow University and Kelvinbridge subway station. 2 bathrooms (1 is ensuite but not in room going). There is also a freezer and tumble dryer not seen in photos (in living room cupboard).

Rent is £550/mo and deposit £650. Bills (electric, gas, broadband) are currently about £80 a month. Council tax band C. The property is being rented from Western Lettings Ltd.

I’m currently a student at the University of Glasgow and will be entering my final year in August. Looking for somebody who can stay for at least 3 months from the beginning of June. I also play a few musical instruments so hopefully somebody that’s okay with that. Lastly, I would obviously expect a decent level of cleanliness and help with household chores.
