Large furnished double room available in Capel, with plenty of space and wardrobes. The house is a 10 minute drive to Paddock wood station and Pembury Hospital, only 15 minute drive to Tonbridge. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a Shared bathroom, kitchen with appliances, living room and dining room.

All bills included in the rent. There is plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen, however, it comes with all appliances already. There is also an additional fridge outside in an outhouse and a very beautiful garden.

I am a 28 year old female professional, my partner who also lives at the address is a 28 year old male professional. We both work shifts in London and so are out of the house most of the time. We have 2 very friendly and calm pet cats. In my spare time I enjoy reading, running, going on walks and day trips into London.
