This room is furnished with a single bed, a double wardrobe, 5-draw chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a chair. The room is located downstairs with a bathroom opposite-only the tenant will use. The price includes all bills including WiFi. The tenant will have full access to the kitchen (including all utensils and appliances) and the garden. In the garden the tenant may use the summer house which has a couch, WiFi and TV.
There is a space on the driveway for a car.
We are a family home with a small jackapoo dog. He is very friendly and used to people of all ages. He is mixed with a poodle so tolerant for people with allergies.
As a family we are often busy in and out. We leave early and can be home late. We are looking for a friendly individual, who is respectful, clean and wont smoke or vape in the house.
