Spacious room with single bed, 2 study tables and 2 chairs, 1 large cupboard, 1 small cupboard and an east facing window with beautiful view. It is 2 min walk to the nearest bust stop, 3 min walk to Southampton University and 5 min walk to nearest Sainsbury's local.

The Room is available for both Short term lease (30th June to 21 Sept) and long term lease (12 months contract). Move in date can be flexible and adjusted.

For short term, rent is negotiable. It is 450£ and a fixed amount of service charge of 85£ goes for all the bills including water, gas, electricity, wifi and cleaning materials making a total of 535£ per month.

Kitchen and Bathroom are shared amongst other 3 housemates. Wifi, Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer present in shared area. Car parking outside the house is possible with permit.
