Looking for someone to fill a room due to current flatmate moving.

Rent is £600 a month (excluding bills) in a 2-bed flat with a balcony in Salford. You’d have the double room with full access to the main bathroom which includes a bath and shower. The building is just across the river from Castlefield and a 10 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop. 30 minutes into Manchester City Centre.

It also comes with an indoor communal lounge on the top floor as well as a rooftop garden terrace with views across both Salford and Manchester.

I'm 25 and work in Marketing in Manchester City Centre. I work Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30, 3 days in the office and 2 at home. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the city, going for food / drinks, the gym, walks and movie nights. I'm looking for someone similar who I can be friends with but also values their own space.
