The building is located in front of the River Irwell and has a lovely little park behind the complex. The apartment blocks are relatively new so the outside communal areas are still being completed. I am currently a Live in landlord but am leaving the country and looking to rent my room on a 3 month contract then going on to a rolling contract if everyone is happy!
