Room in all girls house, Rusholme

We are a house of three female young professionals (22-25 years) looking for a housemate to takeover the fourth room, available immediately until end of august (or further).

The south facing, en suite room is on the top floor of a terraced house. It is furnished, and comes with a double bed and big windows for lots of natural light!

We all work full time across different industries. In our spare time we have a range of different hobbies, but overall we are looking for someone friendly with a cozy and outdoorsy vibe. In general, we like to hang out together when we’re free for coffee, walks/hikes, or baking/cooking together, as well as chill nights in/going out for drinks together!

The house is located within 5 mins of Platt field park, and there’s a bus stop at the end of the road (1 min away) that goes into town (30 mins). On street parking is available, council tax and tv licence included, the rest of the bills are split equally between us and total roughly £30/60pm depending on the season.
