Double En-Suite Room in Central Chelmsford

Hi :) I have a double en-suite room coming available in my 2 bed flat in Chelmsford town centre. Available ASAP.

The Flat;
You’ll have the master room with en-suite. We will share the living space which is an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen and balcony.

The Location;
5 minute walk to Chelmsford station, half hour train to central London. 5 minute walk to Anglia Ruskin university. 10 minute walk to town centre.

The Room;
It’s a large double en-suite bedroom, with a large window overlooking the shared garden. Furniture included; double bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe with mirrored doors, chest of drawers (not shown in photos). Light shade and new toilet seat will also be added prior to move in.

The Costs;
The room costs £800 per month, including all bills (service charge, ground rent, council tax, electricity, gas, water, tv licence (& Netflix and Amazon prime), maintenance fee, concierge service).

About me;
You’d be living with me (I own the flat). I’m a 24 year old female working in construction in London. My girlfriend visits a lot so anyone moving in would have to be LGBTQ+ friendly. I really enjoy reading, watching tv, going out for dinner / drinks, and movie nights. I keep the flat tidy and clean and would expect a housemate to do the same. But equally would want you to feel relaxed here and am happy for you to make your room your own.
