Large Double in Family Home

We have a large double room with shared bathroom in our family home in Patcham. We have a large kitchen/diner, living room, driveway , washing machine, broadband and large garden all of which you would be able to use.

We are a family of four, with two teenage children. We are a busy family, but generally sit down for a meal most days. We are a "pull up a chair" kind of family, but are very respectful of personal space and belongings. We work in the arts, and so our schedules are changeable - and we often work from home. We are generally vegetarian, but not militantly so. We have two cats who are very sweet, but very shy!

Patcham is a quiet suburb, and although outside the city centre, is an easy cycle/bus/drive into town. Preston Park Station is a comfortable 30 minute walk away.

Looking for a friendly, relatively quiet woman to live in our spare room and share our home.

We enjoy good conversation, film, the arts, music, cooking and reading. We all enjoy excercise, particularly running, walking, climbing and dance, and most of us play instruments. We have lovely neighbours here, and lots of space.
