Perfect for someone who wants to work over the summer - or just wants to stay with a quiet, friendly group of students (early 20s).
All the essentials - a lovely cosy kitchen, washing machine and a fantastic, high-pressure shower. A choice of two bathrooms as well!
Train station is a 10 minute walk, bus stop and Coop a few mins.
There is some flexibility over the dates - but it does have to end on/by the 15th of August - let me know what you're looking for!
£567 per month + bills approx £80. If you're not a student there may be some council tax to pay. You will either need a UK guarantor OR pay rent upfront :)
