Double Room in Family Home - Female Only

This let is for a newly decorated double bedroom in a lovely house in the Hollingdean area of Brighton living with a sole parent mum, 11 year old daughter, friendly cat and tortoise. We are a friendly, welcoming household. The bathroom is shared. We sometimes are away for weekends and it would be good to have someone open to taking care of our two pets. The room is available from 19th May.

The house is on a peaceful road with free non-permit parking and friendly neighbours. We are a 5 minute walk to a bus stop on the number 50 route and there is easy access to the A27 and A23 by car. We are also a 15 minute walk to London Road train station and it is an easy walk to buses travelling to the university too.

I am looking for a friendly, female, quiet, relaxed professional or post-grad/international student who works out of home.

We are busy at school/work and after-school activities for much of the week but you would need to be understanding of sharing a house with a child. I work at the university and I'm laid back and accommodating. We don't have a cleaner but we keep the house clean and tidy. The room could be let for seven days a week or Monday-Friday.
