I am looking for a lodger to join me (a 30 year old working as a surveyor in Exeter/Bristol), I am partially office based but I also work from home.
The house is recently renovated and includes two gardens. You will note from photos that external works are ongoing, but these should hopefully be completed by mid June.
The house is located in a rural position close to the coast and in easy commute of Exeter.
