Room available in Clifton Village (2 months)

I'm looking for a new housemate to share this bright flat on the edge of the crescent with. 17th June - 17th August.

The bedroom is large and bright with one built in wardrobe with cupboards, and one other storage space that also houses the boiler. Ample space for a double bed and other drawers.

We are technically the 'basement flat', but as you can see from the photos we're more lower ground floor than basement, with light flooding in. We have a nice garden with a barbecue and this is a private road with private parking - very rare in Clifton.

Gas hob, cooker, and radiators. Bike storage and good storage inside the property.

You would be sharing with just me so I'm looking for someone friendly and sociable. I work from home full-time for a charity running youth programmes so be prepared to see a lot of me!

Please note my house mate will be taking some furniture in the main space (table and sofa which I will replace ASAP, so it's a bonus if you have stuff you want to move in)

Pets welcome (if not preferred!) but would need to get sign off from landlord.

Council tax bracket C. Bills come to about £160 a month, but we typically over pay for energy and will have money returned at the end of those 2 months. This includes the council tax

This is a gorgeous location to be in summer, 5 minutes from the suspension bridge and observatory, 10 minutes to the edge of the downs, short walk to park street and lots of nice cafes and pubs and bars.
