25m&f looking for double on London train line

I'm a 25 year old professional looking to move with my partner somewhere along the train line to London Euston. I work 9-5 largely remotely so would appreciate a relatively quiet house, but couldn't care less over weekends unless someone else wants quiet. Occasionally I travel for work and will be away for a few days to a month at a time, but will again let people know well in advance.

900 is my rough estimate for rent+bills but I can go higher if it includes turning a box room into an office. Preferably looking to buddy up for a 3 bed place with said box room but am open to other arrangements.

We're fairly clean people but not militant about it, some mess is inevitable and we'll be doing our share to maintain the place.

Looking to move around the middle of October but am flexible with exact dates about a fortnight either side. I'm flexible about contract duration as well but would prefer something 6 months+.
