Summer by the Sea (or longer!)

Looking for a friendly, quiet house near the sea (or wild swimming spots) either for 2 - 3 months over summer or as a longer-term rental.

Flexible on location - Cornwall, Devon, East Lothian etc. Open to anywhere with easy access to a good swimming spot.

I'm 46, single, no kids or pets, and enjoy a quiet, healthy lifestyle. I don't drink, and am slowly starting to get back into yoga and fitness.

I'm relaxed, friendly and easy to get on with, and have a positive outlook on life.

I'm a very considerate house mate...having stayed in many Airbnb's around the world and more recently pet-sitting around the UK. So I’m very respectful of shared spaces and people's homes (I can share some of my reviews as references).

I like keeping things tidy, so you'll never have to badger me to do my share of the cleaning. It's just something I naturally do and would like to share with someone who's the same.

I'm self-employed but tend to divide my time between working from home and co-working spaces, and on part-time / flexible hours.

Non-smoking and non-drinking. Healthy eater, I do eat meat but happy to do that when I'm eating out if you're a veggie / pescetarian household.

Looking for a quiet, relaxed place that feels like home with a balance of being sociable but also having my own space.
