Due to an unexpected job offer in Scotland l am urgently looking for someone to take over my contract which runs until the end of January 2015 after which point it will revert to a rolling one month contract.

The property is well connected into town with 5 bus lines a few minutes walk away (1, 6, 56, 97, 19, 19a).

It takes 20-25 minutes into the city centre, 10 minutes into Headingley and about 15 minutes to the University of Leeds Parkinsons steps by bus.

Bills are £50 per month including council tax, tv, internet, gas, electric, water.
