House Share Leeds LS14

I am offering for rent a double sized room with free standing pine wardrobes in my home to a working professional.

There is a double pine bed in a large sized room with plenty of space(not en-suite).

I currently work in Horsforth, West Yorkshire and spend the working day at work but am around evenings and weekends. The room is available to a professional 7 days a week although Monday - Friday is also offered. Must be trustworthy, clean and tidy. (I am also open to a variety of options regarding length of time you would wish to stay and number of days a week so do please ask if this advert interests you)

My House is very conveniently located just of the Ring Road a Welllington Hill - just 15 mins by car into the city centre, 10 minutes away from the A1/M1 motorway network for anyone working on the road. There are frequent buses locally running to Leeds and Wetherby direction for anyone wishing to use public transport.

There is a very nice south facing garden at the rear which is attracts long hours of sun and is very pleasant for sitting outside, there is broadband and Sky tv with sports.
