Lovely double room in spacious detached house. Situated adjacent to the A58 Wetherby road, nearer Shadwell than Seacroft.
The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, drawers. Fitted dressing table that could be used as a desk.
Broadband, off road parking, luxury bathroom, steam shower and spa bath. Generally you will have use of the bathroom to yourself as I have my own ensuite.
I have a rescue greyhound, enjoy walking and gardening. To keep fit I also do pilates and yoga. I have family and friends locally so there are visitors to the property but no late parties!
I am looking for a lodger to make use of the size of the house as I don't want to move.
