If you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet in an urban location then look no further. This is a great spot. A tranquil leafy backwater with easy access to central Leeds. Amenities such as bus routes, shops (inc Waitrose), restaurants, bars, cinema and the fabulous Meanwood park, all on your doorstep. I have had many people stay here and none want to leave. There is a large garden and patio to relax in and access to a well equiped kitchen. You will have a tastefully furnished room and be living with just one other person. Occasionally I stay at the property myself with my spaniel.
All inc. so you'll have no council tax to worry about.
