There is off street parking and a private garden. Property is located on a quiet cul de sac, which is 2 minutes drive from the M1 (junction 40) and 5 minutes walk from main bus route. Leeds city centre is 12 miles / 20 mins drive, Wakefield city centre 2. 5 miles away. Barnsley is approx 13 miles / 25 mins drive away.
I'm looking for an individual who is friendly, trustworthy, clean and tidy.
