Hi, I have a furnished and modern 4 bed detached house in a very peaceful and accessible neighbourhood of Wakefield. The house is convenient for M1 motorway (for people wanting to travel to Leeds/Huddersfied/Sheffield) or Wakefield city centre (10 mins bus ride). The entire house has recently been re-decorated and is in very good condition.
There are 1 large double room and 2 single rooms available with plenty of space, light and storage. There is one family bathroom and 1 wc downstairs (in addition to the ensuite room), so hopefully enough for all the occupants. The room is furnished with a bed, drawer(s) and double wardrobe.

The house enjoys a large and spacious lounge/diner and an equally big kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a Sky box also available.
There are mature gardens at the front and rear of the house to enjoy the beautiful sun.

We would prefer the house to be kept clean and no disturbance to the neighbours, so no parties and loud music unfortunately.
The price includes council bills and broadband costs but does not include water, gas and electricity bills, which will need to be covered by lodgers staying in the house.
