Double Room in ideal location for commuters

I have a double room available to let in a 3 bed terrace in South Milford. The location is ideal for those commuting as the local train station is a 5 minute walk and we are very near to links for the A1, M1 and M62. Local busses go to York, Selby, Tadcaster, Pontefract and Leeds.

The house has 3 bedrooms , a separate bathroom and toilet, large living room and kitchen, utility room and conservatory. The back garden has a patio leading off the conservatory followed by a large grassed area and off road parking to the rear.

I am 22 and live in the house with my Patterdale Terrior Dennis. I welcome people with dogs as long as they get on with Dennis and are house trained. Smokers are also welcome, however, I do not smoke in the house so you might want a brolly for the winter. I work shifts so you will have the house to your self sometimes and are welcome to have guests round any time as I am a sociable person.

Bills are included with the rent but will be a little bit more for a couple. Bills include, Gas, Electric, Water, TV, Broadband and a Landline for Landline calls.
