We are a friendly and very sociable house and are looking for a new housemate. Ideally we would like someone who wants to socialise and become friends with others in the house. We all love spending time together either relaxing in front of the TV to days and nights out doing whatever.
There is a lovely large double room available with furniture included. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and bath to share with only one housemate. The rent includes all bills apart from TV licence and internet (additional £9p/m).
The house is 5 mins from the Roundhay Park and 10 mims from transport links, local restaurants and pubs by Oakwood clock.
