Pet Friendly Houseshare!!!

I have a spacious double bedroom available in Roundhay. The rent for the room is £300 pcm and £160 pcm for bills which includes fibre broadband.

It's a large 3 storey house with a big garden that's great for BBQ's in the summer, and there will be plenty of storage available if you have lots of stuff! There is also a long drive that can fit up to 3 cars, and street parking as well. Ideally located, the house is a short bus ride from the centre of town, and a 10 min walk from Roundhay Park.

A large and loveable dog called Libby lives here, along with a chilled out cat called Marmalade. Both are likely to be moving abroad with my landlady, but are here for the immediate future. I am open to you having a cat, dog , or both! Other pets would be considered :)

Room available furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Would prefer non smoker but can smoke if outside only. No bond required but first months rent in advance. The room is available immediately.

You would be sharing this large space with me, an existing housemate, who is a young 40 something professional. I settled into the house real quick, and as a newbie to Leeds have really been enjoying finding out what Leeds has to offer! I'm looking for someone to share this big house with me rather than rent just a room, someone who ideally enjoys sharing the odd meal and a glass or two of wine : )
