Double bedroom, quiet area near Roundhay park

Hi, I'm Lawrence and I'm looking for someone to rent a large double bedroom in my recently modernised house. It's a three bed semi with a shared lounge, kitchen/diner, and bathroom (with bath and shower). There is outdoor storage in a secure rear garden and off street parking. Local shops are close by. Leeds centre is an easy commute or a 20 minute's cycle. The ring road is 5 minutes away. Bills included are water, gas, electric, TV licence, Virgin (TV, 70MB broadband and landline) and council tax. Deposit is 1 months rent. I'm looking for a professional person or post grad student to share the house. This is a friendly and relaxed home. A bit about me... I work and am doing post grad study. I like to go to the gym and spend time with my girlfriend, when I am relaxing!
