We have a double room in a houseshare in central Roundhay, very close to starbucks and other local amenities.
The room is a double with en-suite.
Parking is available on street.
Furniture included (1x wardrobe, 1x drawers, 1x bed), plenty of room for own belongings also and landlord is happy to move what is not needed as well as a allowing for personalisation within reason (hanging of pictures etc)
Current housemates are all young professionals with a variety jobs, all moved in as randoms but now enjoy a drink/food/film etc together.
We also have virgin tv with tevo box included in rent.
