Large Double Attic Room In Clean Tidy Home

A large double bedroom in the attic with large black triple wardrobe and drawers. Comfy single bed. Clean and tidy nicely decorated and furnished home. I have 2 kittens and 16yr old daughter. Large through terrace with nice back garden and off road parking space at the front. Nice quiet area of Rothwell with easy access to motorways and good bus service bus stop at the end of the street. Close to post office, sandwich shop and morrisons 1 mile away. Rent includes bills but not food. I keep my home tidy and clean and require a lodger to do the same. Plenty of fridge and freezer space for you to keep your own food. Must like cats. No idiots or time wasters please. Please be aware that my daughter is at college and in the attic at the other side of the room I have to let so will need quiet during the week on a night time. I will be selling the cross trainer soon so will get it out of the room as it is quite big but other than that it is empty and clean and ready to move into.

My daughter is a quiet polite relaxed kid, no bother at all keeps herself to herself barely see her myself and I'm quite a busy person too enjoy a glass of wine when I'm not working, tend to spend much of my time in my studio doing my art. Im 32, bubbly and friendly type of person get on well with next door neighbor and usually anyone who I meet. Just looking for a normal housemate really live and let live I say.
