Parking is available off road at the back of the house.

Rothwell is a small town between Leeds and Wakefield, with excellent road/motorway (M1, M621 & M62) links to both and good public transport. I am situated within a 5 min walk of the town centre which has supermarket, post office, range of shops and banks, bars and restaurants. There is also a nice park with tennis courts and a sports centre nearby.

I am easy going and friendly. Happy to share a glass of wine, meal, chat etc or equally happy if you want your own space. Looking for full time or Mon - Fri housemate. full time at £420 pcm Mon to Fri £380 pcm

I have a small dog who does not shed her fur and is friendly and well behaved.
