Must Love Dogs! Huge double ~£300/month inc. bills

The Room: Huge double bedroom available in a house on the outskirts of Pudsey. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, built in wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers. (Yes, it's pink.. I'll help you paint?)

The Property: Nice little 2 bedroom semi-detached, with a good sized lounge, kitchen and conservatory downstairs, 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. Admittedly the decor is a little dated, but its homely, like visiting grandma =D. Also, the landlord is awesome and won't mind if anyone wants to redecorate anywhere. Outside, there are gardens to the front and rear, plenty of parking available (2 driveways) and an apple tree! We could make cider?!

The Location: The property is in a safe, friendly area and is conveniently located 2 minutes from an excellent bus route between Leeds and Bradford. It's a walkable distance to Pudsey town centre where there are shops, cafes, pudsey park, a leisure centre and plenty of bars, there's also a local at the end of the street if you want somewhere closer. Also within walking distance is the train station, and just beyond that a massive ASDA and Marks and Spencers. A similar distance in the opposite direction is a Morrisons, B&Q and B&M.

The Housemate: Me!! I'm Jenny, I'm 23, female, and I can get along with just about anyone, I'm pretty easy going. I'm due to start a new job and will be working shifts, including occasional nights. I'm typically fairly quiet and keep myself to myself, unless I decide I like you, then you can't shut me up. Yes you can. Just tell me to go away, I'll talk to Lilly instead.
Lilly! Lilly is my baby, my little scruffy ball of loves. She's an awesome part of the package. Just look at the photo. Isn't she the cutest? She's a little cautious of new people, but once she knows you she'll be sooo super excited every time you come through the door.
Also, ferrets. I have them. 2 to be precise. Winston and Cocoa are also my babies, but they live in the garden because they're smelly.

**House is let through an agency, I don't really know how this works as I'm currently renting the whole property. I imagine new contracts will be done. Employment / credit checks will be needed.**
