A very large double room (with sink) will be available from 1st September 2014.

Unfortunately I shall be relocating to Edinburgh for further studies - hence my room will be available for rent.

It is a big rambling old house that has 4 floors:

Basement: double
1st floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, front hall
2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms (including the one up for rent), storage/ironing room, bathroom, shower room
3rd floor: double bedroom, 2 extra rooms used as spare room/storage/whatever!

You will love this house if you like:

- a house full to the brim of quirky character; lots of exposed wood and mix match furniture to add to the charm.
- No hassle of organising bills - all included in the rent! (fantastic in winter - cosiest house ever!)
- a pretty shared walled garden with apple tree (baking of apple pies for the house is recommended but not mandatory)
- listening to Radio 2 on the kitchen radio
- the occasional glass of red wine and a sociable chin wag with flatmates of an evening
- the occasional housemate trip to local pub quiz
