I have four rooms available in a high quality professional house-share on Victoria Road in Morley, Leeds, only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Morley and only five miles from Leeds City Centre. The rental includes all bills and there is no deposit. Working professionals only.
The house is detached and is on a main bus route into the Centre of Leeds. Buses to Leeds go every ten minutes, taking 28 minutes to the City Centre (with a weekly pass costing £14. 00). Morley train station is only 15 minutes' walk from the house and you can be in the centre of Leeds in 11 minutes (with a weekly rail pass costing £14. 20). A taxi from Leeds City Centre is about £8. 00.
There is easy access to the M62.
All the rooms in the house are furnished to a very high standard. They all have a brand new double bed and orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, with a digital TV point in each room. A brand new duvet and bed linen is included.
The house has fibre optic broadband and digital TV in the communal room.
The communal room is a very large kitchen-diner with all mod cons. It has a six ring stainless steel gas cooker, two fridges and a microwave. You are allocated your own cupboard and fridge space.
Outside is a lovely patio area which gets the sun all day with a table and chairs so that you can enjoy a glass of wine after a hard day at work!
There is a friendly pub less than five minutes' walk away and the centre of Morley with its many facilities is ten to fifteen minutes' walk from the house.
The communal areas will be cleaned regularly at no extra cost.
