The house is on a very quiet street with good neighbours, location is ideal with a 5 minute walk into Chapel Allerton and good bus connections into Leeds.

Dining room has a walnut timber dining table with 6 seats and open plan into the kitchen with a kitchen bar and 2 stools, Kitchen itself is large, inc fridge/freezer, oven, washer dryer and a nice view into the large garden which has a shed and garage for storage along with a large decking south facing perfect for summer BBQs and relaxing.

1st room available is 4mx4m and is fully furnished at the bac of the house.

2nd room available is approx 4m x4m with built in wardrobes and is the biggest in the house.

Bathroom has bath/shower and the standard stuff that comes with it. Also has underfloor heating for the winter mornings.

All bills are included. So there are no worries to set up accounts.
