The flat was built in 2003 and is neutrally decorated, with modern kitchen, bathroom and furnishings.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers (5), though any of these can be removed on request.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a secure complex close to Moortown roundabout, and all the amenities of Roundhay (Street Lane), Moortown, Headingley and Chapel Allerton - so plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

Being in North Leeds (approx 3 miles from the centre) the flat is ideally located for bus and major road links to the city, Wetherby, Harrogate, York and Ripon (A1, A63, A64 and A58) and the outer ring road.

I run my own business so I'm always really busy. My work takes me all over the country so I'm sometimes away during the week. I do like socialising, but I work hard, too, so I know how to strike a good balance between the two.

I'd describe myself as an easy-going, laid back person and would ideally like to live with someone similar.

I'm happy to consider short lets on a week-by-week basis. Also couples - rent to be negotiated.
