Small single room available in shared townhouse

Small single room available in shared house with 2 male professional. I am the owner of the house and the house is a brand new build three story townhouse fully furnished, all mod cons etc broadband, full sky package, garage etc.
Room is a single room with bed and drawers and underbed storage
I have a daughter who stays with me two nights a week so if a problem look elsewhere. She is no problem and most of time we are out.
Happy for viewing etc on the brand new new forest village location between Middleton and rothwell. Excellent for bus routes into city centre and also for May links.
I am a professional and work but am not a prude, enjoy socialising etc.
No dramas however!
