Great double furnished room in a nice area of Middleton in Leeds called New Forest Village. The house is 20 minutes by bus into Leeds and great access to motorway networks for commuting etc.
A little about me. My names Olly and I'm a live in landlord and I'd like to think I'm quite a down to earth and genuine person.
I've only just got back onto spareroom after moving back into my house a few months ago. I've been getting back on my feet after a period of depression and anxiety which I'm slowly coming through. I'm only mentioning this because I'm looking for the right person to live with who will be empathetic to my situation. I'm only just getting back into socialising etc so I'm more looking for someone a little bit more quiet. Don't worry I'm not a massive pain to live with haha but just to let you know.
Also I have cat named Dan who enjoys sleeping and eating in a cyclic matter. He's a very relaxed and friendly cat.
